Yoghurt Tart 

 

 

Ingredients

2 x 500g Wynn-with Fruit Drinking Yoghurt (Choose your favourite flavour)

1 x tin Condensed milk

1 pack of Marie Biscuits

½ cup Melted Margarine

 

Method

Crush Marie biscuits and mix with melted butter.

Cover the base of a medium sized (25 cm), microwavable oven dish with the Marie biscuit mix and press to make the crust.

Mix the yoghurt and condensed milk together and pour onto the crust.

Microwave for 4 minutes on high.

Let the tart cool down at room temperature and refrigerate.

 

Ideas:

You can add fresh berries, or granadilla pulp, depending on the Wynn-with Yoghurt you choose.
